Are these exclusive, or do you resell them?
100% exclusive to your firm. Forms, transfers, and signed cases are never resold or shared, not even in another market. You are the only firm that ever touches that contact.
Is the report backed program still available?
On catastrophic commercial cases only. The earlier tiered report backed retainers for serious injury, catastrophic and commercial vehicle cases are no longer offered. Signed auto accident retainers, commercial vehicle cases and every phone product now run on our direct intake programs, which is why they price lower and deliver faster than the old tiers did.
How recent are the accidents?
Signed auto accident retainers and commercial vehicle cases carry a date of accident inside the last 90 days, with no gap in medical treatment over 30 days. Web form leads are under 6 months from date of accident. Calls and transfers are current intake, happening live on your line.
What if a case does not meet my criteria?
It is replaced at no cost. Signed cases carry a 14 day replacement window, transfers are replaced on any call that fails your agreed criteria, and forms carry a 100% replacement policy on out of spec leads.
How fast will cases reach me?
Forms hit your CRM within minutes of opt in and transfers are live on the phone from launch. Signed auto accident retainers and commercial vehicle cases begin flowing within weeks of your order, with the full order fulfilled inside 60 days. Catastrophic commercial runs on its own clock, 5 to 7 weeks to the first case, because the reports sit in a law enforcement records queue.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. You start at the product minimum, see the results for yourself, and scale volume up or down from there. Reorders run in prepaid blocks at your election, with no auto renewal.
Where do the leads come from?
Forms, calls, warm transfers and fully qualified live transfers come from first party intake on our own advertising, captured with consent. Catastrophic commercial comes from the police and EMS reports themselves, obtained through a law enforcement owned records agency under verified written authority. Every contact is generated for your firm. Nothing is scraped, aged, or recycled.
What coverage is behind the commercial cases?
Commercial vehicle and catastrophic commercial cases require that the at fault party carries commercial insurance coverage, confirmed at intake. Actual policy limits vary by carrier, vehicle class, and policy, are not guaranteed at any amount, and are typically confirmed through discovery rather than at intake.
What is the difference between a warm transfer and a fully qualified live transfer?
Both put a live person on your line. A warm transfer is verified for accident, injury and basic case fit, then handed over, and your intake team runs the rest of the qualification. A fully qualified live transfer has already been through the complete intake conversation against your written criteria, arrives with the intake summary attached, and is billed only when your team accepts it.
Do you publish your pricing?
Yes, state by state, with minimums and volume breaks in the open. Rates move by state because cost of acquisition, competition and state advertising rules all move the number. Your rate is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything. The full overview is on our pricing page.
What do you need from me to start?
For forms and transfers: your CRM or delivery details and your qualification criteria. For signed cases: your firm retainer and intake materials so the case signs with your firm, plus your criteria and target geography. We handle the rest.
